Paper Recheck

Apply for examination paper rechecking through the Nursing Examination Board Punjab process.

Submit the rechecking request through the concerned School or College of Nursing.
Mention the examination session, roll number, subject name, and paper details clearly.
Attach the required supporting documents with the application.
Paper rechecking fee is Rs. 500/- per paper in the form of Pay Order / Bank Draft in favor of Controller Nursing Examination Board, Punjab Lahore.
After submission, students can track their application status using the Case Number and CNIC through the “Track Existing Application” section.
Students also upload the paid challan slip through the tracking portal after Challan submission.
