Issuance of No Objection Certificate / Migration Certificate
- Application for Controller to obtain NOC.
- One copy of ID card, Matriculation, Domicile, Diploma copy, marks sheets copy, PNC card and one passport picture.
- If candidate are Govt. employee than NOC from Health Secretary.
- If candidate are not Govt. employee than Job certificate from cenclor hospital will be provided and also provide affidavit.
- Challan form/bank draft in the name of Controller, Nursing Examination Board, for Rs 1000/- PKR
- NOC will be provided after 10 working days.
