Examination form fee ( Regular and Resit):
- Rs. 50/- per form in the form of Pay order / Bank draft in favor of Controller Nursing Examination Board, Punjab Lahore.
Examination Rechecking fee:
- Rs. 500/- per paper in the form of Pay order / Bank draft in favor of Controller Nursing Examination Board, Punjab Lahore.
Books fee (Midwifery / Fundamental of Nursing / Community Hearth Nursing / Curriculum):
- Rs. 300/- per book in the form of Pay order / Bank draft in favor of Controller Nursing Examination Board, Punjab Lahore.

Note: Postal charges will be added according to the quantity of books.
